Who lives in swindon then ?

Looking to move up there with the missis , been looking at the new developments by barrat and David Wilson permission ect the new builds ....

Reason choosing swindon is great value for money £309k gets you a 5bed detached 3storey house and we have a nice deposit to go down to get us started off

We looked at witchelstowe (excuse my spelling ) but was way to crowded houses on top of each other !

Then went to moredon , house was on a slope so the front door had like 12 steps and dindnt like the area .

Then went to Kings down gate think its near Stratton ?
Bingo loving it not so on top or each other nice garden size drive for three cars and a garage next to the house !

Just wondering what the area is like to live in for a family ... Can't be dealing with chavs or scummy mummy's drug abuse ect ect just want a nice life please ....

I agree ! The missis has family there and it's value for money and I'm not prepared to stump up henley  house prices as a buyer instead of renting ...

Like any town there are parts you want to avoid but you are in a good spot.
Kingsdown School is good (I went there!)
