Golf 1.8t 20v tuning !

Hi in new to this forum.
Golf 1.8 gti turbo 20v 150hp model
I have recently came across a tt kit with the ko4 turbo which was extremely cheap and was wondering what sort of work is involved in doing this.

Do I need to change the inlet manifold ?? Injectors? Or can I do a straight turbo swap and a remap ?

Manifold,downpipe and tip are different i believe.
