this months Performance VW (Alex Pokazanov MK4)

Sorry i have not been on here much in the last couple of months, cars still in being sprayed indian red black magic roof n other bits i get it back in a couple of weeks i will post pics when she is back like i promised,
Now getting to the topic i saw alex's car in this months mag n it looks awesome :) my question is can we fit the s2000 starter button kit in the car offer here and if so what do i need and give or take money???

so can i put a honda s2000 starter ignition button in the car ;) please say yes lmao if so where can i get them from and what do i need??

Yes you can fit one you'll need to wire it into the ignition. Have you tried any beakers or eBay or Honda dealer.
03 210 Seat LCR. Badger5 V2.2TIP, Fordge 007p, Wellycooler, Quaife ATB LSD, Nuespeed ARB's, KW Clubsports, 330mm discs, 3" turbo back de cat and still on the standard map!

yep. you will still need to turn the ignition to on before you can press the button unless you wire that to another button and have two buttons.  :laugh:

why not get the fob to start the car?

ill look in to it not doing anything to the car till new year now as im getting the car back next week after 4months of not having it  :cry: so just wanna drive the baby lol  :grin:

Yes it can be fitted. The switch is about £25 from Honda. You need to cut the wire from the ignition to the the starter. Wire the s2000 starter button in so it fires a relay to make contact in the starter. The terminals on the switch are really small and its safer to run a relay than plugging the switch straight into the loom. You will need the key still for the immob and to switch on the ignition. Either that you de immob the car and just have a toggle switch for on/off but there's no security.
