Hi
New to this site as I have just purchased a 1999 2.0gti APK cheap because of engine issues, very long list of faults from diagnostic search. I have replaced head gasket, plugs, ht leads - reset timing belt because it was out by one notch
It still has a very slight misfire on hard acceleration in the lower end of the rev range, diagnostic now shows:
16725 Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) Implausible signal P0341
16518 Lambda Sensor Bank1 Sensor 1 No activity P0134
Is one fault then causing the other to show a fault, or is this too much to hope for? MPG is in the low 30's I guess this is not far off what I should expect.
