How hard is this to replace my existing dial clocks? The ones I am buying are just the outta white trim with red needles

I did it, be careful not to round the hex torque screws, I did it lol Also be aware there are two types of face plates, I ended up cutting metal to fit them in, and that the needles are a b!tch to get right.
