I had a toss up with using them or the TT Centre in Bedford...

As it turned out I rung the TT Centre first and they were very helpful, friendly and reasonably priced so I never got to ring VAGtech.
Not particularly helpful other than I can recommend the TT Centre from experience and they are fairly close to each other

Their hourly rate is cheaper than the dealership, so far me that's a bonus, plus I can't see VAGtech being much cheaper tbh

£245 all in, includes a free aircon service too. looks like it might be Vagtech unless VW will stand up to their price match promise and match it....
