I have just taken out the broken lock cylinder after unscrewing the torque screw in the side of the door. I then fitted a new blanking cylinder and tightened the torque screw which locked it in place.
However, there is loads of slack in the door handle now and I can't close the door! Any ideas on what went wrong and how to fix this?
