eBay induction heat shield
« on: 18 September 2012, 18:50 »
afternoon chaps

does anyone run the below eBay induction heat shield?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Golf-mk4-A3-Air-intake-heat-shield-open-cone-shield-cupra-/140850218619?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item20cb53c67b#ht_500wt_949

if so do you have any pictures of installation?

how tight would you say the fit to the bonnet padding is?

thanks in advance

make your own from a small Heineken keg £15
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/#/tesco-price-comparison/beer/heineken_draught_keg_5l.html

cut plastic end off keg
attach keg to MAF
attach cone filter inside keg to MAF
job done heat shield for £15

Don't suppose you have any pics? Do you reckon it fits tight to the bonnet?
