Does anybody know if there is a difference in cable length over the different vag models ,fitted audi tt setup into mk1 golf but cables are abit long making gear change stiff and awkward ,cables have too tighter bends when mounted to the gearbox bracket,theres just to much cable,gearstick is mounted inside on top of the tunnel as far back as poss and routed directly through the double skinned part of the bulkhead,any ideas if theres a vag car with shorter cables
