Speceific coilover question
« on: 08 September 2012, 16:22 »
Alirte chaps, just a Quicky. Getting my arches all sorted out so they fit plush with my new alloys. My body works matey said... Get sum "hard coilovers" so tht when it's lower on the back. My wheels will sit nicely tucked under rear arches. But he's said needs to be hard. So tht of anyone sits in the
Back of my car they won't move.

I love the idea of this, as it will look proper sweet once it's all done.

I'm aware that the ride will be hard and uncomfatable

But that dosnt bother me...

I was gunna get sum FK AK street Coilovers for the budget, but been told they will to soft.

Can you guys recommend some tht will be fit for my needs?

Also the chap said you can get coilovers that u can adjust the "ride comfort" on the top mount bits?

Thaaaaanks

can get adj damping coilovers but about £5-600 upwards, personally I wouldn't but coilovers unless adj damping. used raceland coilovers before non adj waste of money £250 down drain. used spax rsx on my mk2 awesome. My set up is full koni st-r kit but have eibach rear coilover springs with adj drop rear down a bit, nice and comfy.
