Porsche adaptors with spacer
« on: 19 August 2012, 15:55 »
Ok I may be doing a deal and getting a nice set of porsche teledials and adaptors for my new golf when I get it.
The teledials are the ones that have a dish on the rear but the total opasit on the front where the centre comes out further than the rim.
I want to bring them out to the arches abit more so need to space them out about 15mm.
Can I just use spacers under the adaptors or how do I go about it?

I certainly wouldnt run spacers and adaptors together dude.  Wider adaptors is where it is at.  I would see how they sit on the car first, and then work out how much further out you want them.  It all depends on the ET of the wheels too...

just seen the wheels on the car and the fronts need to come out about and extra 15mm
and the rear about 10mm.
sod it will just run them as they are and probly sell them for diferant wheels then. cant be dealing with buying more adaptors.

What are the adaptors = 5x100 - 5x130?  As in is the new golf 4 stud or 5?

Ill do you a trade if you are interested in my Audi pepperpots with uniroyal rainsports all round if they are 5 stud....
