Hey there guys,
Im Dave and im a VW addict.
Im new to the 80's scene. Ive got a MK2 Golf 8v GTI in Red (well most places it's red )


Just thought id say hello.

Anyone from East Yorkshire area?

Hi Dave. Great for you to be joining the club.

Have you any immediate or indeed long term plans for the 8v?

I'm getting a little envious of the older mk's now and I quite fancy a mk2 project.  :nerd:

hey yeah got quite a few plans for the 8V.
The priority, get it running... : /

I currently have a set of G60s in gunmetal going to change them for a set of 13 or 14" banded steels and get here really low.

A respray is on the cards soon as the paint work is less than good.

Got to basically just tidy her up.

What have you got?
