window sticking

p/s window sticking  :angry:

every 2 days i spray the guides with wd40 to get my window to go back up
can i open the guides up leavering with a screw driver? they look very tight

what should i do?

Get new rubber guilds. Or get a candle and cut thin slices off it and rub that in the slots here the window goes up and down.  :undecided:

Window will drop at some stage as the window regulators are breaking.

Might last a year or it may drop tomorrow
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

easy fix costs around £40 and a hour of your time. Like I said it may last ages took over a year for mine to drop

wind the window down half way and open then shut the door. If there is a rattle coming from the window when the door shuts the clips are due to break somewhen
