My directors have been rating Navfree on their iPhones, I find it pants compared to Google Navigation on Android, though it does have the speed camera locations from what they've said, unlike Google Nav (I just try not to speed init)

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

I've noticed most maps on the iphone work from the internet too (for advertising i would think) so ive not got much hope of finding one.

I use CoPilot A LOT for the iPhone and can't fault it. Re-directs nicely and gives you traffic information and automatically recalculates the route.

Navfree is supposed to be good for those sort of things, I used it a little, but preferred the speed of Google Navigation so run the risk of speed cameras  Not really tried anything else as Google Nav does a very good job, especially now you can cache the maps to the phone so you don't need a data connection
