Can you replace the sills on the mk 3? i think the GTIs are a diffrence shape to the CLs because mine is bent just pass the jacking point. on both sides. and would like to sort the issue out lol.

The actual metal sill? There all the same on the mk3, only difference is between 2 and 4 door. You can buy patten parts of ebay for about £25. Not an easy job to tackle yourself and any garage will charge quite a bit of labour to do it.

if its just a dent and not rot i would just leave it. as said will cost quite abit

ok yeah ill just leave it! yeah its two dents either side my own fault! i jacked the car up there to put the jack stan on the jacking point LOL its ok  iv learnt the hard way where to put the jacking stands ETC ETC!

Check the integrity of the paint though! If its cracked where the dents are it will soon rust!

You could get the sections cut out and replaced which would be cheaper than replacing the complete sill.
