blanking cap/ grommit for rear wiper hole

Not to put a downer on this, but do u realise how easy it is to pop the boot open with just a grommet there? Really you need to weld a plate in otherwise it's an easy open for a golf thief.

It is dead easy from the threads I have read

Use a cable gland blanking plug, they come in plastic, plated brass and SS.
They also screw into a half nut so more secure than a grommet...

ah yeah that is very true 
in that case some sort of live electic circuit for a nice shock. 
or a little device that sprays pepper spray out of the hole as soon as the grommet is removed

Halfords 3pack 24mil plug worked a treat, i painted that and the b adge red, then left themin the sun all day. They look great.
Hopefully no thieving toe rag will click-on and try to get in.
Theyre is a red sticker in the window saying, 'i love my alapaha blue blood bull dog'
So hopefully that'll act as some kind of deterant.
