oil leak after blocking off crank case breathers using tsr parts!

just fitted the tsr breather blanks to my 2e block and been up the road! now there is oil all around the cambelt area! my guess is its coming from the crank oil seal! could this be due to a breathing problem?

any one else had this problem? cam breather is vented to open.

or chould be the pre filter in the cam cover, take the cover off and give it a good wash out with thinners
