Mystery Voice Comp (£££ Reward)

Hey guys, mystery voice comp on local radio station. If anyone has any idea who it is let me know. Current prize is over £400 so if I get the right answer and manage to get through again (not too hard) then happy to split winnings. Mods please delete if this is against the rules?

Apparently the person saying it is NOT the person who said it originally in a film. Did Ben Stiller say this in a film?
