Pm Rich  mine sold for £450 last year with no tyres

Is he selling his?

what wheels have you got now?

Got black RC's that are in my sig.

what wheels have you got now?

Me??

Think he means iansabf as he has black RC's in his sig and he is probably going to say get those re done in the Anni finish?  :undecided:

Ah good point

Looked into refurbing, but have no temp wheels. Instead of buying and then selling temps to get mine refurbed it seems less hassel to just buy what i'm looking for, plus i can be certain they are the finish i'm looking for. To be fair i do like my wheels but i feel they look a bit 'aftermarket' opposed to oem  :undecided: Think they can give the wrong impression, one or two people look at me in that Halfords/max power way and i feel like i wanna defend my car lol

If I got the wheels right then this set is on ebay for £450.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-GOLF-ANNIVERSARY-18-INCH-ALLOY-WHEELS-GENUINE-BBS-/200764883142?pt=UK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Rims_Car_Wheels_ET&hash=item2ebe8500c6
They look like they need a refurb.

 I negotiated him down to £380 for them. But hes an hour away from me. So add £20 i fuel is £400, tyres off and back on £30? so £430

Then a refurb off this site http://www.citypowdercoating.co.uk/#!__black-wheel-offer in satin sheen £80 is £530 with a bit of fuel again for a few journeys to and from birmingham. Can't guarantee the finish is going to be simiar to the aerocoat for £80  :undecided: Has anybody tryed these people? I know my wheels were done their before i got them but can't really compare the black finish i have with satin sheen/black chrome.

Or about £300 for http://www.aerocoat.net/ which would be £430 + £300  which i think would be greater than the value of the wheels? Maybe if i got those ebay ones form £280 it would be worth it but don't think he would sell for that.

See my argument for buying a set already done?

A bit out of date that website, says offer ends at the end of 2010
