All the same as I am aware mate.
As for getting the old one off, that's a job to be started with a big cup of patience.
Put a jack under the engine, loosen engine mounts, lower engine slightly then tip it forwards. This allows you to get behind it to unbolt that sucker. Now you need to get a mirror, stick it behind there and you will see iirc..
Exhaust manifold: 8/10 nuts, that are iirc 12mm. Soak in WD40 or similar. Be prepared to take some of the studs out with them.
Inlet Manifold: 4/6 big allen head bots, and 3 smaller allen head bolts. Maybe 4/5mm or 5/6mm. Now some of those are set in between the inlet runs and can be tricky to get to.
Down pipe you need to do before hand from under the car.
I mentioned the inlet manifold seems your going to those lengths, you may as well whip that off and give it a good clean and paint if your so inclined.
Now I encountered a problem fitting my new stainless manifold. Had to take a file to the edge or the flanges as it was fouling on the inlet flanges if that makes sense...?
Hope this helps mate.
