Gearbox problem
« on: 19 May 2012, 03:18 »
Just done a complete rebuild on my AGU changed pretty much everything as well as a new clutch. I reversed it out of the garage for the first time in about 15 months it drove fine but it was hard getting into 1st with a big clunk.

On standstill with clutch down 1st and reverse clunks rest of the gears are smooth.

Ive also made a manifold which brushes up aganist the linkages, hasnt moved them I pretty sure but could this be the problem?

Any help pls any ideas?
