New oil pressure switch or oil gauge
« on: 13 May 2012, 23:08 »
Need a new oil pressure switch so is it worth fitting an oil pressure guage?? Can pick one up off the bed for not much more than the switch I need

What you all think is I worth it the gauge would go next to my radio where the heated seat controls go as I have 2 blanking plats there now

Hi, any idea why your other thread was closes?

Do you have a wire at pin 8 in the speedo connector?
Have tested on mine, if you put pin 8 to GND it will stop beeping because that's the one for the "high" pressure switch your engine doesn't have.
Worth a check ;)
