tyre size help please

Hi all

I have just purchased a set of 16" keskins for my golf mk2,Problem is they dont have tyres and im unsure of which ones i need to buy as my car is lowered too.

I know the wheels are 16x7.5 and i was thinking 195 45 16's but if anyone has any advice on thi that would be great.
