2000 GTI 1.8t ARZ, S2000 filter, DSG intake, Forge 007 dv, Catch can, R-tech custom remap, 3" Supersize Silicone TIP, Powerflex dog bone, 'The Beast' FMIC, Ultimate delete, LCR fuel pump, 3" Turbo back, K03 hybrid, Ported Manifold, S3 injectors, 80mm maf = 280bhp 270lbft :evil:

Looks good, made something really similar for my Leon last year using and old gauge pod and some fibreglass and a bit of filler. Turned out really well and much more robust than the plastic inserts that costs almost £50. I basically removed the vents, put some clingfilm over it, inserted a chopped down pod then  fibreglassed it in place, sanded it down, bit of filler, prepped then satin blacked!!



The autogauge was just a temporary measure, got a black SW gauge in there now.

If its simple to make then why not make a few and ebay them, you will almost certainly make a few bucks.

good work jamo!!! i just had a bit of wood and some cloth!!! its just really to see if its any good there and whilst i had nothin to do thought i would have a mess around!!!
