the compression and everything is fine and its not using oil or water

water seals was a suggestion i came across when i was wondering what was going on with mine.. turned out to be the head tho

I know it does lol but saying it sound like a transit doesnt sound as bad lol
i think im just going to replace the head to eliminate it, i did discover an oil leak (well spray) when i moved the car. I found a wire chopped off too, its comes from behind the coolant bottle and runs under it, any1 know what it is and if its important? I can put up pics if that helps
