Front Tow Eye Cover

Right i brought this on ebay

But i cant seem to get it to fit?? My car is an 89 small bumper 16v

has any one got any suggestions or pointers on how to fit it? It says that it is for the small bumper on my year?

Im a bit stumped

First you have to clip the back side and after that to push it down. And on a side on the lower grill you have a small opening for the cord hook.

Thanks for the reply but what do you mean clip back the sides do i need to alter the actual cover at all? Also does the cover face clip side down?
