fell out with the stealers last year, aint been back since, is this the stuff they use?

Also, I need a crankcase breather valve, 034129101b, is there anywhere other than the stealers I can buy this?

ive just been over to my local dealer for some oil and there telling me to put 10/40 in ???
is this right i thought it at to be 5/40

will this be safe
