abf only firing on one cylinder, wet spark plug over fueling?

just done an abf conversion on my mk2, only firing on 3 cylinders I've swapped spark plugs to see if it was as simple as that but no change. Spark plug came out soakd in patrol is it overfuellin on one cylinder? Is there a way I can check the spark plug is sparkin so I know its not the coil pack or leads?

It will be wet because its not burning it. You can check its firing by holding the plug against the head and look for a spark

All sorted now brand new ht lead faulty
