Warning light both on oil and water light on After new head gasket

Hi all picked my big bumper 16valver tonight. She needs a few things doing buit what do u expect on a 110 thousand mile mk2 she s just had the head gasket done and top end rebuild.  Hpow ever when the car starts up and is running both the water and oil light come on on the dash board?? I ve been advised that its either a sensor or two and the sytem needs flushing any ideas ?? THANKS

Suggests someone's put the wires back on the wrong plugs after the headgasket job.

Check the connections and then flush the coolant.
