Help please ! K Jet fuel pump question

Hi everyone - 
Im new to the site so Hello to you all!!

Sorry to start off with a question but - i wondered if you could help me

Is a K jet fuel pump, accumulator and housing the same for an 8v and a 16v or are they different -
I have a 1991 Mk2 GTi  16v and need to replace the pump asap so would be grateful if anyone could let me know
