Hi i need new shocks for my mk3 gti 1995 8v what do you recomend i;ve got the springs already cos i'm on a budget please help me on this one.

had my H&R springs fitted with boge turbo gas dampers for a month now and its a real nice ride with a low stance. dampers are uprated but not shortened and i think they were £25-30 each from gsf. are they lowered springs?
