« on: 04 March 2012, 19:38 »
right so i picked the car up yesturday had abit of a white smoke issue and loss in boost Rio scanned the car for for some beer tokens then showed what remaped car can do with the right parts so i have already started buying since i got home after seeing him.

parts list:
pipercross pannel filter and smoothed airbox ( possible plan thanks to rio again for the intake)
powerflow custom exhaust and high flow cat
forge 008
silcone boost pipes
silcone TIP
coilovers not sure which ones i am gonna for yet
ARB front and rear

so basically my next few months will be intresting if a few things i got lined up dont come off
vw golf mk4 ARZ 1.8T pipercross panel filter, xenon headlights, JOMS coilovers, forge 007p with green spring, audi tt anti roll bar, 3inch ebay trubo back exhaust, COOKIES MONSTER STICKER(adds bhp I swear)

there werent none hopefully was just burning off excess water somewhere touch nothing major feels alot better today i think its just cause the lady owner didnt know how to drive it lol.

turbo issuse dropping boost could be due to the standard DV or possible the MAF as the doesnt show up VAG COM most of time couldnt tell but rio helped me out big time with that as was a little worried lol

anyway spoke to my mate hes gonna order me a new MAF through his work so touch wood this should sort it

you can log the MAF readings to see if it's reading properly before running out and getting a new one

We'll log it on a day it's not rainy and wet...... Don't wanna right your car off within a day of havin it

Such a clean car looks well looked after and no faults (other than wing mirror heater etc) I'd be very happy to own it
