Normal for wipers??

Right my wipers work on all settings and the washers work as well, the problem is they just seem really slow.

Is this normal or should they be fairly quick?

yeah with the engine running, i cant get a video on there at the mo i might be able to later on after work.

I don't think I've ever driven mine in the rain, so wouldn't know.

my intermediate doesn,t work properly its the same as normal speeds but who cares it still works, sort of

Might be a seized linkage, take it off, mark it up, and clean it up. spindles as well.

and if its not that wont hurt to do it anyway

Lift the wipers off the screen, and see if they speed up, if they do, fit some new quality wiper blades, and use a decent window cleaner to decontaminate the screen.

I was thinking about it last nigit and i had a go of them again and really its a 23 yr old car i shouldnt expect them to be like a newer car. They work ok so ill just give them a good clean up and go from there.
