what sort of remap do i need? 1.8t

hello i dont quite understand what map i need for my car. as its had a few mods since it was done by the last owner and dont think it was a very good map to be honest, its got a big front mount intercooler aftermarket exhaust de cat, pipe cross pannel filter and a ko3s turbo and forge silcone hoses  its a 1999 mk4 1.8 turbo agu engine code, it goes really well but i feel there is more get from it as when you take it through the revs it seems to judder and ive had it on the scanner and theres no faults in the ecu and also how much would a map roughly cost ?

thanks for the help mate and i will do a custom map one where they rolling road it so they can tweak it?
