First visit to my New Doctors.

2 weeks today, and even with yesterdays disaster  and a friday afternoon and evening session last week,  I am still smoke free 

well done, i cant do a session with out smoking the biggest let down with me, im not too bad throught the week soon as it gets to friday 10-20 with in 8 or so hours

it was THE test for me, only one lad smoking, and it was fooking freezing.


4 of the techs at work smoke, the smoking area is my outdoor wash bay, but I now hate the smell.
