Ok, so I have a Mk4 1.6ltr and recently it has been playing up. Sometimes, when I drive, it is really laggish, with lumps and bumps going through the acceleration. Just really rough in general. But then at other times it is absolutely fine and no problems.
When it is rough though, it has generally started well and after a period of driving, (nothing consistent in terms of distance/time though) when I am normally slowing down to stop, after the clutch is put in, it can stall, just all of a sudden without any notice. Then it is really hard to start. It will start, and on the first go, but I need to put my foot flat to get it to turn over, and when it does it is really rough until I give it a bit of a squirt! No smoke out the back when it starts if that helps. From then on, on that drive, it is really rough again ie the lumps and bumps with acceleration etc and more possible stalling.
It can also, on Motorway driving, if I happen to back to off just a little, give a bit of a lurch, like it almost stalled but caught itself on.
Then the very next time I drive it could be fine............the unreliabilty is causing me distress as I don't want to go far with it.
So, I only have a lite VAG com version, but handy none the less, so plugged it in and this is what I got.....

Looked up all I could on the Speed sensor on here, but people keep talking about a temperature issue, which I haven't had, and if you wait 20mins its fine, also which I haven't had. Then I thought about the throttle body, but rather that take that apart I thought I would put it out there and see what you guys think? Any help appreciated.
