I did type out a very long winded reply but essentially my reply was very arsey.

The police, everyone has different opinions based on their own experiences. They may have done something great for you, 90% of my experiences with the police havent been great

That opinion may well change in the future, I hope it does. I hope they get better cops that are able to do their job properly an not mug around on people taking pictures.

Seriously, I'm all for the Police doing they're job. But there's a real training issue here, as all of them think they can do whatever they like and generally rile up the public for no reason. Then rather walk away and admit they perhaps have made a mistake, they persist until the point where either they threaten to arrest you, or actually do.
