Spraying plastic bumpers

Hi there.
Got the black bumpers color
Coded on my car about a year ago but the paint has started cracking and flaking off.do the bumpers need baked after spraying to make sure the paint sticks?any advice would be good so I don't have to keep getting them painted.

prob havent used plastic primer before paintin them

defo need plastic primer on them before top coat else the paint will crack and flake/peel off
