Hello
Does anyone know why the fumes coming out of my 16v exhaust smell so toxic. The car runs fine although it does pink sometimes when the weather is hot. The only fuel i put in is optimax and the oil temp reads 104-110 most of the time any ideas timing maybe.

PS: the car only has 47000 miles on the clock.
PPS: recently the car is starting to be a bit of a pig to start from cold. It turns over fine but takes a while to fire up. I was told something about a cold start valve being faulty help me .
