um... well, my boredom told me.....

on a more serious note, think basically you get a harsh banging over small potholes or whatnot in the road and the rear end can feel 'vague'...

Easier to attack the rubber with a drill, then cut 2 lines in the bush casing with a hacksaw, then get a socket slightly smaller than the hole in the axle and hit it with a hammer numerous times.

But that would have ruined the fun! I got rid of so much stress that day

On a side note, I did drill them but don't have a power supply in my garage and can't really run an extension. My cordless makita is hundreds of miles away so borrowed some cheap thing that had no guts..... It was relatively simple in the end, made a meal of the first one though.

Ha.  I did 4 on the back of a transit yesterday and they were seized solid!  I ran a drill round between rubber and casing,  popped rubber out and did the above post with 2 lines.

Some m10 stud bar, plate washers and a couple of bits of 1" angle iron (or anything similar to use as packing) is all you need to get them in pal.

any1 have any pics of this home made tool, sounds very useful
