ive heard of valves such as an n75j im sure it was, are  these beneficial for  cars running standard boost

not really they make your boost graph more spikey as opposed to a smooth one. they just make your turbo spool up quicker but it will cut it back down, eg if you booted it and it boosted to 9PSI that would be your peak and it will quickly bring it back down to somethning like 7PSI so it will always be cutting it back down to stop it over boosting. i think they are used for the bigger ko4 turbos to help them spool quicker.

i have tried them and went back to my standard one.

would it be more suited for a Ko3s perhaps
