I think you should look at cable opti fiber its the way forward!
The issues I have with a BT line no matter how good your ADSL connection is all it takes is one more person down your road and you loose afew blips. 5 years ago it was fine todays high way traffic is too much for the old BT system to handle. Hopefully I will be getting over 30MB soon by friday actually O2 can suck on eggs!
As for sims Talk Talk sims are realy good £10 pay as you go can easily get you another £20 for free when you top up!
They gave me 60 mins free international calls which I use for international dialing of course!
What the regulators did to BT the other companies are experiencing now themselves

To be fair, the increase means mine goes up by £0.77 a month.....I can live with that! I've been with orange for about 3 years now and have found them pretty faultless!

I pay £18 a month for unlimited data, unlimited texts and 500mins, plus I got my HTC Desire HD free

At least I'm not out in the sticks, they don't even have BB capabilities out there!

i'm with orange... still got 10 months left on my 24 month contract

I think it sucks that they are changing prices halfway through, I have been with Orange since 1994 but will look to change to a different carrier at renewal.

I remember a thread about upgrading phones by Orange last year, and you could get a new phone due to a mistake they made in the contract and older customers could get a second upgrade, funny thing that thread back then everyone went to Orange and renewed their contracts got tied in for another 24 months and now any upgrades you subsequently recieved is and paying for it now :embarassed:
