they shouldnt be joined.... VW wiring is NOT ISO.. what you need to do is SWAP red and yellow from ISO.

as the headunit is likely to be ISO..

What difference does it make if they're joined? Will it switch off when the ignition is off now then?


Hmm.. Any ideas on how to make my door speakers sound a little beefier?

And will my 4x45w HU power 2 6x9's as well as my 2 door speakers?

Sorry to be all this hassle..
