singel point bog standard NGK's IMO th best plug for the money out there.
multi electrode's are CRAP more crap in the way of the flame and only one ever sparks at once they just have multi electrodes to prolong the service life but plug desing moves on and a bog std singel elctrode plug's service life is plenty long in a mk2 now. it's not like your going to be doing much more than 10-15k before you want to change them anyway as the engines do fould there pllugs a bit now, mainly down to chamber desing and the fact its well on the way past 150K miles so uses a littel oil.
