is the engine a runner??? if you dont decide to fit it might be interested for the right price lol, my valvers on its last legs at the mo lol :grin:

so can someone tell me what i will have to change, im getting the lad whos fitting it to sign up on here so he can ask the questions cos i aint got a clue tbh

afaik my original wiring loom is still in the car  :rolleyes: probably one of the reasons it runs sh!te  :evil:

and i was told that ive got the wrong ecu in also..... ive got a full 16v car so can take anything off it i want to do the conversion, ive got the brakes hubs and carriers already.... what exactly will i need and why does it need changing? sorry about all the questions but i really want to learn as i do it

no cos its not as clean bodywork wise as mine..... id be stupid to cos mines very clean considering  not been sprayed  :cool:

fix your own, your only turning your own mole hill into a mountain by trying to swap in a KR

Hes right, not a huge prob with the engine u got... fix the oil leak and it'll be fine!

a mk2 16v lump would be a total slag to put in. you'd have to change the fuel pump, lines, injection, ignition probably, loose the ecu, and a whole load of other things!

get a ABF lump and  you'll be laughing. 150bhp as standard.

Funky, ABF is a type of engine... 2.0 16v lump like the one you find in.... my Mk3!! :rolleyes:
