Thanks chaps.

You'll go to at least 200 Bhp and 330 ftlb of torque, this totally transforms the GTD into what it should have been in the first place ie a match for the GTI in performance  :wink:

Indeed but still able to do upto 70mpg  :wink:

It appears a K&N filter on a diesel will make no noticeable differrence.

I'd recommend an ITG air filter if you were going to change

Again these sort of posts are opinions instead of facts.


I'd live to see Mr The Doc do a before and after on the Dyno to set the record straight.

You'll only get very, very marginal power gains but they seem to drive better.

I'm happy to a before and after with an ITG filter vs stock on both My DSG GTD and Wills DSG GTI, But I won't test a K&N one cars.

For the record I recommend stock filters but if people want to change I only recommend ITG  :wink:

We really need to have a mk6 RR day......
