Which back box to fit?

i've had a new standard exhaust system fitted to my 8v as last one was knackered, its only one from your local tyre and exhaust center but it sounds sh:t  :sad:sounds like its farting rather than peering like it should, engine runs lovely but i'm just not happy with the sound of the exhaust

any suggestions as i was thinking of changing the back box for say a scorpion one

Depends on what you want. If you want loud get a Scorpion/ Ashley.

I've had or replaced all my Golfs exhausts with Magnex ones. I like the sound you get off them, quiet most of the time but loud when you hoof it

That sounds more like it quiet on tick over but loud when you boot it.
