Don't think it was Mazuma it was some other small time company that was fleecing people by saying it was too scratched / damaged and offered a lower amount. I'd be very surprised if it were Mazuma, they run a tight ship and are fair, if their fast payment system is down it's almost the end of the world for the finance department
