Because the low down torque suits DSG better, it would drop the gear into the perfect rpm, would change when it ran out and was super quick.

With turbo cars the car drop below the boost rpm, changes before it runs out or drops down at low speeds into boost. The slight delay would also cause issues when manoeuvring quickly into a gap out of a junction for example. Quattro resolves some of that as the grip is there.

That doesnt really make sense.. when you put your foot down the dsg automatically drops down a gear (or 2) to the exact point where the turbos kick in. Hence why its better for cars that rely on a turbo like the gti but more so the gtd. Super quick it is to change.. i will give you that.

The fact that the R32 has much more low down torque means it really doesnt need to drop down as much.. the dsg r32 I has was horrible for this. If you wanted slightly more speed it would drop down 2 gears and scare the sh!t out of anyone walking past... as you eased of the throttle slightly it would be back in 6th just as you are ready to hit the throttle again

This is why it wins in the R32

This is why it sucks
