Golf gti electrical faults ????

Hello I have a few eletrical problems with my 1999 mk4 golf gti turbo, the central lockbg doesn't work, I have put new batterys in and Tryed to reprogram the key but it won't have it, the switch on the window switch board on the drivers side works to open and l

And the passenger light for the sun visor doesn't work and the light at the bottom of the door card or the light inbetween the two doors , the interior lights in the centre will sometimes flicker when on and sOmetimes won't come on atall Also the passenger side light sometimes doesn't work and also the o/s rear light doesn't work, quiet a few I admitt I've gOne through the fuse bOx and nothings popped , where do I go from here ?
